AI Code Fest Winners

Sense conducted a code fest in AI. The goals were making recruiter's life easier using AI.

The area assigned to our team was to improve the 'communication' and 'jobs recommendation' area of the recruitment. We took the help of AI to generate a message automatically through keywords.

Area 1

Communication: Recruiter or screening person doesn't have to spend time to compose a message. AI will generate the content using hints given. It reduces considerable amount of time of recuiter.

Area 2

Jobs Recommendation: AI will recommend jobs related to the candidate. It helps recruiter to find relevant jobs within the profile.

Other teams projects were improving various part of hiring industry but our features made impact to the jury members. Even our own HR team was able to relate to it when we demonstrated it to them.

Jury selected our project as the winner 🥇. We got the cash prize and some sweet gifts.
