Defining Goals

Before defining the user flows, we need to set the goals to achieve in this project. It is both from Business and Product side. This will help us align our outcome in a direction. We set the business goal in way that the product should analyse the hiring metrics, easy to migrate from other tools, helpful integrations and require less training for the users.

Product goals ensure reducing the learning curve, incorporate delight factor to encourage users, complete routine tasks by automation and get job done easier with AI.

Personality

Every module in CRM has it's own personality. By injecting these traits in relevant user flows, we can enhance the user experience and delight factor. This will make users feel they are not just clicking mouse but conversing with a person who understands their needs and problems.
