Overview
TRM currently has built a manual system for carrying out recruiter activities in the low volume-white collar hiring scenarios, with some bits of automation powering couple of workflows (ex: automated chatbot sending, automated assessment link sending for assessment rounds).
Problem Statement
For adapting TRM for high volume hiring workflows, where recruitment processes are more predictable & more rule based than the white collar ones, there is a scope for a generic-automation to further optimise hiring processes.
Use cases
TRM needs to have a good automation engine that can automate wider range of tasks/workflows, that works alongside Engage for the communication automation
The ‘the power to automate or not’ has to be in the hands of the recruiter, so that it brings in the flexibility. It should be carefully placed in the right context within the right workflow (read Globally triggered vs Job level triggering vs ‘in-the-workflow’ triggering)
Recruiter would need to be empowered to have their own local point-automations (like moving a stage, or adding a note) as well as automations that span multiple steps (for eg - end to end hiring automation)
